Going through our home before putting on the market, Toni provide terrific insight on what to spend money in preparation of our home. We would have spent money on house selling preparation that would not have impacted the selling of our home. She was very responsive to questions. In addition, she has a polite but direct way of keeping us on track with important details and discussions. She checked to a few times to assure or house was appropriately priced in are market and we closed our house well within the price range that was determined.

This is my second time working with Rhonda. She helped me buy a house a couple of years ago, and then when I needed to move she was my agent for selling and buying a new place. Rhonda is incredibly patient, diligent, and smart. For someone like me who is/was new to the whole process, she educated me on what was needed throughout buying and selling.
