Ileana did an amazing job with helping us as first time homebuyers. She was great at communicating and letting us know the answers to our many many questions. As a young couple, we didn’t know much about the housing market and she did an amazing job breaking everything down and answering all of our questions so that we had a better understanding of what we were getting ourselves into. She was very honest about homes that she didn’t think was fit for us and what would be best for our budget. I highly recommend working with her as she does an amazing job and has an amazing personality. Even though buying a house may be stressful. She does an amazing job, making sure that we were enjoying our process.

I recently worked with this Agent to buy a home, and while there were some positives, there were also a few challenges that impacted my overall experience. Firstly, she is friendly and approachable, which made the initial stages of home hunting pleasant. They were always willing to show me various properties and were quite responsive to my calls and emails, which I appreciated. However, it became apparent that she is relatively new to the real estate industry. This lack of experience showed in a few critical areas. The lender recommended were not very professional or reliable. There were delays in communication. As far as the inspector recommended, I felt their inspections were not thorough enough, leading to some unexpected issues after moving in. While I believe she has potential and a good attitude, they would benefit from building more experience and networking with more professional service providers. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.
