I am about half way moved in to my new home and I could not be happier. I met Jasilyn at a home buyers seminar and knew that I wanted to work with her. Jasilyn is passionate about helping people find the perfect home that fits all of their needs. Jasilyn worked with me every step of the way, she was very responsive and flexible with her time. During the hunt, if a house wasn't it, she asked me why, and took those thoughts into the consideration on future searches. Jasilyn was amazing during viewings as well, she answered all my questions, pointed out items that could be issues, and positives in homes. Her research comparing properties was great and was always sent very quickly. When we finally found the perfect home, the fun really started, and Jasilyn became even more invaluable. She really was the glue that held my whole buying team together. She was on top of everything, from the mortgage lender to the inspector. She kept in contact, made sure we all stayed in track, and made sure I understood exactly what was going on and what to expect. On the day we closed, I walked in for the final walk through and found Jasilyn waiting with my first house warming gift and a huge hug. I'm going to stay in this home forever, which only makes me sad because I cannot use Jasilyn's services again. I will have to make do with just recommending her to everyone I know or meet.

I was relocating to Alpharetta from another state. My family was yet to relocate and I had to buy a house soon. One of my friends introduced Chandra and instantly I knew that I had a calm, sharp Realtor that knew the area. He quickly understand my requirements and also suggested great options to buy a home. It is a hot market and before I could write an offer the homes were gone. Chandra helped me get to the right mindset and advised that there was always a great home for me, it had to be. He was so patient with the showings and finally we found the property that exceeded my expectations and he advised me how to act quickly. I bought house and now one year into it, I can’t be more pleased . He points us to great resources for home needs from electronics to landscaping. He is now my new found great friend as well.

Thank you Dawn for being amazing in all areas of real estate. Working with you was a true pleasure and I will be sure to recommend you to anyone I know purchasing a home.
