Mitch knows the intown Atlanta market and we were able to make a purchase with only 3 short trips (usually 2 hours). I put in a bid on the first home we saw (I loved it) but inspection report had issues and Mitch was honest and helped me make the right decision despite delaying a possible sale/commission for him.
