Cheryl was our agent that became a great friend! She is personable and very knowledgeable in what she does. She was on top of everything and reacted to any issues or questions that came up during the sale of our home. We thought some of the recommendations for preparing the house to go on the market was sort of crazy but guess what she's the expert and knows what she's talking about, it worked!! Cheryl's dedication to selling our home was hands down AMAZING! Several years ago I wanted to get an appraisal and property management person for our house in Covington Ga. Living out of state I found Mrs. Beal with a internet search . She gave me an appraisal with good comps and paper work in a timely manner . In short order she also found us a very good renter .
