Brian was very instrumental in my husband & me finding our forever home. We lived in another state & Brian was referred by a good friend of mine. Brian made himself available, he was patient & was willing to go review homes no matter the location. When we finally found the home we were ready to make an offer on, there were 17 other offers submitted. Brian knew what to do & I’m happy to report we love our forever home. Brian is the best??

Several years ago I wanted to get an appraisal and property management person for our house in Covington Ga. Living out of state I found Mrs. Beal with a internet search . She gave me an appraisal with good comps and paper work in a timely manner . In short order she also found us a very good renter . Last month we decided to sell the house and again Mrs. Beal came through with flying colors as the selling agent . Paper work and closing was completed without a hitch . As we live out of state that was a blessing !! We have been very happy with the service that Mrs. Beal provided ! ????

Mrs. Spicer worked with me for like 5 years before I finally made my decision smh lol . She didn't give up on me. she knows the game & she goes above & beyond for her clients..I highly recommend her. I hope to work with her on another project in the near future. 10 outta 10
