Working with Deidra Willingham (Village Premiere Realty) was a very rewarding experience!! Deidra's market knowledge, her communication, and her professionalism went above what I expected. She knew the market very well...she knew about interest rates, she knew about how the market swings, she knew what every document was, she knew and understood exactly what was required or requested of me, and, she 'quided' me through the entire process; she taught me, she answered every question I asked, she pushed to get me everything I asked for or needed that was in my best interest; she even knew about 'timelines' of getting things submitted. Deidra was very patient when I had questions, concerns, or anxieties about the process, or, when I would change my mind about what I wanted or didn't want, yet, she did not 'push'! The way Deidra built and kept a cordial, yet professional relationship with the Broker, the Seller, the Title company, and all other parties concerned was truly 'AMAZING'!! Her communication with them was always friendly and concise, yet she always expressed what was in the best interest of her client in a professional manner!!...It was almost as if they all had worked together for years...each one being connected and doing their part!! Deidra did an exceptional job, and, although I hope not to need another home anytime soon, I would definitely use her services again!! She comes 'HIGHLY' recommended!!

I was relocating out of state and although I was confident about the type of home I was looking to purchase, I knew very little about the new area of relocation. Shaliesa from the very start listened to my needs. She made me feel more like a partner than a client. She has very good communication skills and was very knowledgeable about surrounding areas of potential locations. She provided insight about local, city and statewide events that may catch my interest. She even provided visuals, maps, directions, distances and travel information of various points of interest. What I liked most about Shaliesa is that she was upfront, and a great support! I had no doubt that she had my best interest in mind at all times!

I love how God places the RIGHT people in your life, at the right time to help “His Will” and manifested blessings come to pass. I was BLESSED to have the opportunity to work with Mrs. Shaknequa Richard in search of my home, as well as the selling of the exact same property. God truly allowed it to be a “FULL CIRCLE” moment. Homeownership can be a VERY STRESSFUL, OVERWHELMING PROCESS! However, working with Shaknequa alleviated a lot of these truths! She’s PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, HONEST, INTEGRAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and most importantly PASSIONATE about her craft when it comes to real estate. She has been GIFTED & GRACED to work in this profession. If you need someone who you can TRUST & RELY on to get the job done, Mrs. Shaknequa Richard is MOST DEFINITELY your go-to person and you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
