Several years ago I wanted to get an appraisal and property management person for our house in Covington Ga. Living out of state I found Mrs. Beal with a internet search . She gave me an appraisal with good comps and paper work in a timely manner . In short order she also found us a very good renter . Last month we decided to sell the house and again Mrs. Beal came through with flying colors as the selling agent . Paper work and closing was completed without a hitch . As we live out of state that was a blessing !! We have been very happy with the service that Mrs. Beal provided ! ????

Mr Simmons was very hands on from the beginning. It was a pleasure working with him as he left no stones unturned to make sure we got our dream house. I thank him everyday I come home.
