Where do I begin, I first met Teresa eight months ago when, I found a listing online that I liked. She met me at the location and showed me the house and advise me of its flaws. For the next month, I reached out to her multiple times to look at some other houses. She told me she had a friend that was selling her house and she thought we would love it. She was correct. At 9 o’clock at night, she drove with us up to the house and showed us the property. This is where it all began. My house was a contingent sale on the other homeowners. Teresa put in unknown amount of painstaking hours between, sending me documents for me to sign (multiple times) to spending hours at an auction trying to figure out what was going on with the contingent property. She put in many more painstaking hours drafting up more paperwork for me to sign. This process went on for six months, but Teresa did not give up on me. She kept pushing through with a positive attitude and assuring me that she will make it happen. Even on the day of our closing, I had to throw her one last curve ball and what did she do? She hit it out of the park. I can now say she is more than a realtor to me, I do consider her one of my friends. I hope this review gets out to people so they can also see how awesome of a person Teresa is. Update after closing, to show you that she cares about you more then any other realtor does, she bought us a custom door mat with our last name on it and flowers to plant. From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

My husband and I have gutted (to the studs) and renovated three houses in our 30 years together, personally doing all the work and living in the midst of all the construction---WITH four kids and up to three dogs! We've worked with 10 different realtors on five real estate transactions in four states. Her approach is to patiently guide the client where she's invited. - She is very responsive. (In fact, I might even accuse her of working too much!) But, real estate never sleeps, so I completely respect that an agent's availability can make or break a deal sometimes. Her attentiveness certainly benefited us when a deal got rocky. She also had no problem being persistent when necessary. - She is willing to get her hands (and clothes) dirty. My husband is our inspector due to his construction background, and Bianca climbed into dusty attics and dank crawl spaces, slogged through the jungle of a yard during a rainstorm, and proactively brought tools! She even got him some galoshes for one showing when he was flying in from NY to GA to see a property. - She is not over-confident. I sooo appreciate that she was able to share resources (including expert contacts) when we needed them and that she will chew on a dilemma before offering a solution or suggestion. - She has integrity. I've known Bianca since 1995, and she is as authentic today as she was then---just a little older and wiser---and just as beautiful inside and out.
