I highly recommend having Emmanuella as a Real Estate Agent. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is knowledgable, straight forward and honest, caring and delivers!!! My experience with Emmanuella was nothing short of the best. As a First-time Homebuyer; it was essential that I be able to trust my Agent and to be able to ask questions without being made to feel "dumb" or embarrassed. Emmanuella made it super easy to ask questions and even when I didn't know what to ask; she offered information and resources that I knew were extremely important for me to consider and have "in my back pocket" when considering my home choice. Her network of other professional people needed during my home search/purchase process was amazing. Her attention to detail, to my needs and desires really manifested the home beyond what I dreamt for myself. Emmanuella communicates very effectively and relatively quickly. Her negotiation skills are superb and she never failed to express my needs and ask to the Seller. Always professional, but never stuffy or short on beautiful energy (her smile brought me sunshine on the tough days); it was an absolute pleasure to have her as my Agent. I have already recommended her to others who I know are starting their home search process and will continue to do so...

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Emmanuella R. Belzince at Envision Realty LLC! She has been my realtor for years and has successfully guided me through numerous transactions. Time and time again, I continue to go back to her and I confidently refer my friends and family to her as well. Emmanuella is incredibly attentive and intuitive. She truly listens, anticipates potential issues before they arise, and always stays on top of deadlines. I consistently feel protected and well-represented throughout the entire process because she works diligently to advocate for her clients’ best interests. Every person I have referred to her has come back raving about how professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated she is. If your goal is to buy or sell, Emmanuella will absolutely get you to the closing table with confidence and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I thing one thing I learned in this experience is that I have somebody who cared about what went on and when I went to the closing table, I felt reassured that I was getting the best and the best was brought to the table for me. I would recommend her to any body who’s willing to listen and willing to learn this process because it was not easy for me. I had several hiccups several ups and downs, but the one thing I can say is that I was helped I was cared for and more importantly I got exactly what I wanted thanks to Miss emmanuella and she made sure everything was satisfactory that was within our control in this whole process.
