Paul was very attentive to my wife and I home buying needs. Paul only selected homes that meet our needs. Every home met all our criteria and he never once pushed us into homes that did not meet our criteria. He was very patient, would provide his expert opinion on homes, pointing out good and bad features of a home. COVID -19 hit early in the process which slowed our home purchasing process. Again Paul continued to stay in touch, provided us regular digital updates and always available to show us properties of interest. We never felt Paul was pushing us or rushing us into a decision to buy a home. He was very supportive of us taking our time and purchasing the right home for us Paul was the utmost professional and we would highly recommend using Paul for your home purchasing and selling needs.

Cheryl was our agent that became a great friend! She is personable and very knowledgeable in what she does. She was on top of everything and reacted to any issues or questions that came up during the sale of our home. We thought some of the recommendations for preparing the house to go on the market was sort of crazy but guess what she's the expert and knows what she's talking about, it worked!! Cheryl's dedication to selling our home was hands down AMAZING! There was a time when she could not be there, but she was there 100% checking in, calling the other agent if needed etc. she was determined to get the job done! Brian was very instrumental in my husband & me finding our forever home. We lived in another state & Brian was referred by a good friend of mine. Brian made himself available, he was patient & was willing to go review homes no matter the location. I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.
