Has a great knowledge of rabun county and highlands area. Gave us a great tour of the mountains and lakes and definitely knows all the short cuts and back roads. He also has great advice on restaurants and cafes. Nick also knows the trails and took us on a morning sunrise hike on the Appalachian trail and then a sunset walk to rabun balls on the Bartram trail. He loves to trout fishing and knows all the great streams from overflow creek to Coleman river and wildcat creek. He is also an avid boater and took us for a early morning fishing trip on beautiful lake rabun. Then took us on a gorgeous sunset cruise on the pontoon on lake Burton. Works hard to find properties and homes to match his clients needs. He loves golfing and we played 18 @ beautiful skyvalley country club. Hits weak fade, putting is mediocre.
