Before we met Tori we had a horrible experience with our previous agent and when we met Tori she was like a breath of fresh air. She was very professional and knowledgeable with everything and if there was something she didn’t know she got back to us right away with the right answer. She communicated very well and kept us in the loop with everything. Our relationship with her felt like she was apart of the family. She truly had our best interest at heart with everything. She didn’t rush us or try to change our mind or convince us to do anything other than what we wanted to do. She supported us while heartedly. She was very patient with us. She was always available via phone, text or email. I never had to wait long for a return response from her. She has even followed up with us a few times after we closed to make sure we were good and to see if we needed anything. I can go on and on about how great she is.
