Where do I begin, I first met Teresa eight months ago when, I found a listing online that I liked. She met me at the location and showed me the house and advise me of its flaws. For the next month, I reached out to her multiple times to look at some other houses. She told me she had a friend that was selling her house and she thought we would love it. She was correct. At 9 o’clock at night, she drove with us up to the house and showed us the property. This is where it all began. My house was a contingent sale on the other homeowners. Teresa put in unknown amount of painstaking hours between, sending me documents for me to sign (multiple times) to spending hours at an auction trying to figure out what was going on with the contingent property. She put in many more painstaking hours drafting up more paperwork for me to sign. This process went on for six months, but Teresa did not give up on me. She kept pushing through with a positive attitude and assuring me that she will make it happen. Even on the day of our closing, I had to throw her one last curve ball and what did she do? She hit it out of the park. I can now say she is more than a realtor to me, I do consider her one of my friends. I hope this review gets out to people so they can also see how awesome of a person Teresa is. Update after closing, to show you that she cares about you more then any other realtor does, she bought us a custom door mat with our last name on it and flowers to plant. She is just an amazing person!!! Thank you for everything you have done for my fiancé and I.

Going through our home before putting on the market, Toni provide terrific insight on what to spend money in preparation of our home. We would have spent money on house selling preparation that would not have impacted the selling of our home. She was very responsive to questions. In addition, she has a polite but direct way of keeping us on track with important details and discussions. She checked to a few times to assure or house was appropriately priced in are market and we closed our house well within the price range that was determined.

Our experience working with Lyn was Amazing. She knows the area very well. She went above and beyond in so many situations such as going to view property and sending video when we were unavailable. She always responded to our questions promptly. We can't say enough great things about Lyn.

I cannot begin to explain how great of a realtor Becky is! We are a military family, are currently stationed 12 hours away, and had never purchased a home before. Becky was so patient in explaining the whole process of purchasing a house! Because we were not close, she was our critical eye when viewing houses and would take videos with detailed explanation of everything. She was so very kind and thorough with it all. She made us feel so comfortable and went so far above and beyond! She became like family to us. We found our dream forever home and it would not have been possible without her! Blake was amazing to work with! It took us a really long time to find and close on a house. He was extremely patient though out the process and showed us countless homes until we found the perfect one. He did a great job of identifying our taste and helping us figure out what the perfect home to meet our needs looked like, which was completely different than what we set out looking for in the beginning of the process. We have been in our home for a few months now and couldn't be more thrilled with it!
