Ashlee Duell and Laws Realty are truly unbeatable. There’s not enough space in this post to tell you all the amazing things Ashlee, Jim Welch, and the amazing Laws Realty family did to make our home buying experience the best possible. To name a few… Ashlee matched 50+ homes to our liking and was available at any time to answer any questions. She knew what we wanted and was spot on with every house we looked at. She navigated the most hectic real estate market this economy has ever seen with ease. In addition, she made on-the-fly appointments for showings and was able to fit everything around our (very busy) work schedule. Ashlee and Jim were also extremely compassionate, patient, and genuinely involved in our home buying process. I literally met my second family while working with Ashlee and Jim. Ashlee has an uncanny ability to negotiate and get the home for the price you’re looking for. I will return to Ashlee for any real-estate needs and perhaps just to talk because she’s amazing!
