Working with Deidra Willingham (Village Premiere Realty) was a very rewarding experience!! Deidra's market knowledge, her communication, and her professionalism went above what I expected. She knew the market very well...she knew about interest rates, she knew about how the market swings, she knew what every document was, she knew and understood exactly what was required or requested of me, and, she 'quided' me through the entire process; she taught me, she answered every question I asked, she pushed to get me everything I asked for or needed that was in my best interest; she even knew about 'timelines' of getting things submitted. Deidra was very patient when I had questions, concerns, or anxieties about the process, or, when I would change my mind about what I wanted or didn't want, yet, she did not 'push'! The way Deidra built and kept a cordial, yet professional relationship with the Broker, the Seller, the Title company, and all other parties concerned was truly 'AMAZING'!! Her communication with them was always friendly and concise, yet she always expressed what was in the best interest of her client in a professional manner!!...It was almost as if they all had worked together for years...each one being connected and doing their part!! Shaliesa from the very start listened to my needs. She made me feel more like a partner than a client. She has very good communication skills and was very knowledgeable about surrounding areas of potential locations.
