From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. Blake was amazing to work with! It took us a really long time to find and close on a house. He was extremely patient though out the process and showed us countless homes until we found the perfect one. He did a great job of identifying our taste and helping us figure out what the perfect home to meet our needs looked like, which was completely different than what we set out looking for in the beginning of the process.
