Lindsay was awesome to work with, especially as a 1st time home buyer. Regarding the actual search, she had a great eye for homes that fit what I was looking for, and when it came time to tour she was invaluable when it came to identifying potential red flags that may not be apparent to a less experienced eye. And for the process as whole, she was incredibly smart and diligent and really took care of most of the steps for me. Overall, Lindsay makes you feel valued as a person instead of a client, which helps build a lot of trust in the process. She will be my 1st call whenever the time may come to buy/sell.

We highly recommend Terence and his team. They were very professional. Their communication and staging suggestions were excellent. Our house was sold in two days.
