I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.

This is the third home Kelly has helped me with first two were for my daughter now finally myself. She responds quickly and knew where I wanted to look even before I asked for locations! Showings were scheduled for a good amount of time to look around and get a feel for the home. The inspector Kelly referred us to was very thorough and she went over all of it with us. Highly recommend!

Cheryl was our agent that became a great friend! She is personable and very knowledgeable in what she does. She was on top of everything and reacted to any issues or questions that came up during the sale of our home. We thought some of the recommendations for preparing the house to go on the market was sort of crazy but guess what she's the expert and knows what she's talking about, it worked!! Cheryl's dedication to selling our home was hands down AMAZING! There was a time when she could not be there, but she was there 100% checking in, calling the other agent if needed etc. she was determined to get the job done! Grace was ( is ) just fabulous in helping us find a new home and selling our old home. We had lived in our home 43 years and I had no idea how to go about selling or buying a home. Grace came through with flying colors. She was so knowledgeable about the marketplace and where I didn't think our house would sell right away it's sold in one day with three offers. She helped us through this process as if it was nothing. But to me it was overwhelming. She calmed us down kept us in line and we got it done in record time. She knows these Cobb market like the back of her hand. And even when we went into West Cobb to look at homes she was very knowledgeable. She is smart funny and very positive. I can't recommend her enough.

Lola has helped us sell two houses for us and is currently helping us buy a new house. She never ceases to amaze with her hard work and positive attitude. It's hard to write a review that does not sound like an exaggeration, because she really is great. We sold my mother's house through her two years ago, amd when we decided to upgrade houses this year, we didn't consider any other going through anyone else. She has become a family friend.

Beverly helped us find our first home 7 years ago and the process even back then went so smooth. She was so amazing that we knew she would be the one to help us find our second home (7 years later)!
