My experience with Allison was great to say the least. Was very professional and always a text away from getting an immediate response. We searched for a good while, viewing house after house until we finally got one we wanted. Was a pleasure to work with allison and a great experience/process.

Jonathan helped me buy my first home! He was able to answer any and every question I had. He spent many hours sending me listings that met my preferences, visiting homes and reviewing details with me. He is incredibly patient, down to earth & detail-oriented. Jonathan was always around when I had a question or concern during the home buying process. During the closing, he was someone that I could trust to review details with. I can officially say that I have found a home that I love because of Jonathan. I would recommend Jonathan to any of my friends/family that are in the market for a new home.

This is the third home Kelly has helped me with first two were for my daughter now finally myself. She responds quickly and knew where I wanted to look even before I asked for locations! Showings were scheduled for a good amount of time to look around and get a feel for the home. The inspector Kelly referred us to was very thorough and she went over all of it with us. Highly recommend!

Grace was ( is ) just fabulous in helping us find a new home and selling our old home. We had lived in our home 43 years and I had no idea how to go about selling or buying a home. Grace came through with flying colors. She was so knowledgeable about the marketplace and where I didn't think our house would sell right away it's sold in one day with three offers. She helped us through this process as if it was nothing. But to me it was overwhelming. She calmed us down kept us in line and we got it done in record time. She knows these Cobb market like the back of her hand. And even when we went into West Cobb to look at homes she was very knowledgeable. She is smart funny and very positive. I can't recommend her enough.

Cheryl was our agent that became a great friend! She is personable and very knowledgeable in what she does. She was on top of everything and reacted to any issues or questions that came up during the sale of our home. We thought some of the recommendations for preparing the house to go on the market was sort of crazy but guess what she's the expert and knows what she's talking about, it worked!! Cheryl's dedication to selling our home was hands down AMAZING! There was a time when she could not be there, but she was there 100% checking in, calling the other agent if needed etc. she was determined to get the job done! We really can’t say enough nice things about Jeff, he is the epitome of southern hospitality. When we moved from Colorado to Atlanta in late 2021 Jeff helped make the process vastly easier than we could have ever imagined.
