Jenifer has been our realtor for many purchases and sales. She is by far the best we have ever worked with. She knows the market very well. She has better communication than any of the other realtors we have worked with. She is usually two steps ahead of anything I need or request. She communicates with the title company and my lender regularly and keeps us informed at every step. We never have you question as to when we are closing, when the inspection or appraisal are, who is doing the termite etc... she has it all lined out and we are informed every step of the way. It is very rare to find a realtor keeps their clients that informed of the process. Cannot say enough great things about her work and integrity.
