An agent that is more like a wise friend with the experience to back it up

We have both purchased and sold homes with Dennis over the past 10 years. Dennis has a unique combination of deep market knowledge, years of deal making experience, and the wisdom to know what to pursue and what to let pass. He doesn't bring an ego into the transaction and knows well how to get others to stand down when they try tactics that are out of line. We're grateful for his steady hand during all the changing market conditions we've seen over the past 10 years. He has that right balance of bringing market realities to bear but then also advocating for you no matter what. We unreservedly recommend Dennis for either a purchase or sale of real estate.

Bert was a great agent and broker to work with. Had a lot of great insight the different areas and the trends in the local market. Was always able to be flexible around my schedule, prompt to respond, and had great conversation about home and life throughout the process.
