To be honest I don’t feel like I really worked with Ray Lamm at all, he made selling Mom’s house so

To be honest I don’t feel like I really worked with Ray Lamm at all, he made selling Mom’s house so easy. He listen to my ideas on how I wanted to list the house and made a few recommendations. The next day was Friday & Ray shows up early for a walk thru, that afternoon I have a properly filled out listing agreement just the way we had talked about. I e-signed it and next thing I know he sends me a link to Mom’s house on line for sale with pictures? I didn’t even know he had gone back to the house? Somewhere along the line Ray gives me a package and goes over its contents with me. One of the things in it was a spreadsheet on what we should expect from different offers. That was very helpful & I was reviewing that Monday morning when I see Ray Lamm in my Mom’s front yard putting up an Open house sign for this coming Sunday. Now I am leaving for a business trip the next day and by the time I get settled in at North Carolina, Ray calls & says he is emailing an offer. I have never sold a house before so Ray helps us with the counter. Next thing I know Ray calls me again & says “These things happen don’t worry about it” and that we are going to move on to the next offer. OK???? So it expires or something and Ray sends us another offer, he helps us again with the counter and says “This is a good offer we need to work with it”. So on Sunday morning, April 7th, my birthday & before the 1st open house Ray had scheduled, we accept, sign and sold the house. But Ray went ahead with the open house anyway, just in case he said! He walked us through the home inspections process. Keep us informed all along the way to the closing! Like I said, I really don’t feel like I worked with Ray at all! But Ray Lamm sure worked his butt off for us and sold Mom’s house!
