Jordan helped my fiance and I land our first home. This felt like a daunting task, but Jordan helped us every step of the way. He not only helped with the search of the new home, but helped us establish a great lending company to work with. Anytime I found a house and reached out to him about it he set up a viewing within a day or even a few hours! He is very responsive and answered any question I had no matter how silly it might of been. When we found our dream home he was there to support us every step of the way. He communicated well with every party and even recommended an inspector. I'm sure this won't be the last time we work with him as we'd love to get his assistance in the future when we sell and buy again. Highly recommended!

Jordan helped my wife and list and sell our home as well as find out dream home. Jordan is the utmost professional. He is personable, unbelievably knowledgable, a tireless worker, compassionate to your needs, and will find you exactly what you want. If you get to know Jordan you will find he is a better person to even what he does for a living. By that his true ethics and reliability shine through which makes him such a sought after agent. In many industries i think it is important to trust the person you are working with to have your best interests to heart. That is the only thing on Jordan's agenda. That gave my wife and I tremendous comfort in a stressful situation, which buying and or selling a home can be. The tactical approach he has is second to none. It will be tailored to your specific needs. Jordan has a wealth of knowledge and it is obvious he takes pride in being on the cutting edge of the best practices in use today. Jordan''s responsiveness was unbelievable. He would pick up in the middle of the night if you called. I remember many Sunday 10 pm conversations we had discussing any topics. So the man has patience as well. Jordan knows a bunch of people within his network. That was helpful in getting a roof put on our house prior to us moving and selling our home. I would say Jordan's negotiation skills may be one of his strongest characteristics. In this industry that may be the mos important skill in closing deals in both ends. So in closing with this review there are not enough words to describe our appreciation for Jordan. We sold our home no problem, and we are in the home of our dreams . We are grateful to have had Jordan as our realtor and will reccommend him to anyone.

Jordan made the whole home buying process so easy. His knowledge of real estate and PATIENCE with us newbies, really enabled my wife and I to take our time and find our forever home... AND WE DID!!! I would and do recommend Jordan Muench to anyone and everyone for all of your real estate needs! Thanks again Jordan!!! Lauren and Daniel
