Kevin reached out after our listing had expired with our previous realtor. We were going to take a break and just give up because we thought it just wasn’t a good time to sell. Kevin contacted me after my house expired after many months on the market with no luck from my previous (highly recommended) realtor. Unfortunately, her marketing strategy couldn't get the job done due to changing market conditions.
