He counseled us on various aspects to consider. He was very efficient in coordinating third-party site visits for inspections, appraisals and surveying. He made the paperwork simple with e-signing documents. He met us at the title company for a smooth closing. He utilized Brokers Title to conduct the closing and they were equally efficient and easy to work with. At the end of our closing he presented us with an apropos gift which was personalized and perfect for the occasion. You couldn't ask for a finer, more professional realtor, who has excellent real estate marketing savvy, negotiating strategies, financial understanding, and a down to earth approach. He's a friend for life. They don't come any better! We are very grateful for his stewardship during this important real estate sales event!
