Stefanie was an absolute miracle worker throughout my entire experience! She first recommended a photographer who got the best photos possible of our home, then created the listing to highlight the most desirable features of the home. She absolutely nailed the listing price, which meant we were under contract within just a few days of listing, while other houses in the area sat on the market for 30+ days. After the first contract fell through because of the buyer's indecision, she was supportive and encouraging, and after we re-listed the home, we were under contract AGAIN within a few days. Not only that, she negotiated with several potential buyers to get us an even better offer than the first contract. We met Randal a few years back when we were considering a lake home in a county over. He was patient, responsive, thoughtful and helpful. We decided the timing qas not right but kept in touch.
