We met Randal a few years back when we were considering a lake home in a county over. He was patient, responsive, thoughtful and helpful. We decided the timing qas not right but kept in touch. Then my husband got a job offer and we needed to move out of state quickly, about a month. Randal came when convenient for us (on a weekend) and offered a listing price that we thought made sense.
