"When I called the office I told the receptionist that I would prefer to work with a female that specializes in land. She paired me with Janet. Janet was always upfront and honest about everything related to my sale from day 1. I couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor. Janet was informative, prompt, and precise. Janet updated me weekly and not only did she email me but she was NEVER afraid to pick up the phone and call me. There were a number of things that I didn’t understand and Janet was very patient with me and made sure I understood everything before moving on. As a dog owner and lover, it really helped that my puppies absolutely loved Janet."
