Let me start by saying thank you Andy! Your professionalism, knowledge and ability to accommodate all my requests made all the difference. I know so many people who have horror stories about buying homes so I was very nervous to purchase my first home. The day I saw my house online I knew I had to have it. I called Andy late in the evening to ask to see the house the next day. I was shocked and extremely excited when he asked me if I wanted to to see it now. He dropped everything he was doing to show me the house I purchased as well as a few others in the area to make sure I made the most informed and educated decision. I decided that night to put an offer on the house. My offer was accepted and that’s when I became even more excited and wanted to close as fast as possible.
