It was obvious upfront that John knew the Palm Beach County market. He worked closely with us, and followed our directions implicitly. We especially liked his practice of being at the house personally each time it was shown. He followed through with us through the closing (we were not present) and made sure all loose ends were tied up as we transferred the house to the new owner. He made a painful experience (selling our little house) a little less painful. If we ever find ourselves in the Palm Beach County real estate market again, we will call John!
