Candace was very patient as we found the perfect place for our family’s unique needs. She worked extra hard with sellers and their agent who were not nearly as professional or cooperative to get us to closing. She stayed on top of all the involved parties to make sure all the details were taken care of. Candace was a friendly shining star in the middle of this chaotic purchase process and I was so happy to have her by my side every step of the way. She advised on market comparables to make sure we made an informed offer and got the most for our money.

I have over the years interacted with several agents, both buying and selling. Candace is by far the best, her attention to detail, her honesty and caring are unbelievable. I highly recommend her. She treats you as if you are part of the family.

Ron Here, The Neccessary handholder for every step! haha Ms. Candace was amazing throughout the entire process of my FIRST TIME homebuying experience, I would recommend her to anyone that asks. She cared about me and my son and was always in our corner during the whole process. She's knows her career, you can look forward to a knowledgeable, kind, and always available expert to answer your questions and keep the whole process moving. I'll be honest throughout the whole process she was the MVP above everyone that was working with me, she would adequately follow through on everything be it the inspection, talking to the seller, mortgage company, and insurance company.
