Mindy could not have made this easier or more pleasant, she was just incredible. We realize it's certainly a little bit uncharacteristic to fall in love with the first home you look at overall, and while we did look at a few other ones, it just had to be the first one we saw. She was solid in negotiations and was never once was pushy or standoffish as we had to go back and forth with the lender and at a few times, things looked bleak.
