After reading so much about how getting a property sold (particularly a condo), we were a little bit fearful about the process. From the 1st meeting, Nancy and Jim Ward really put us at ease. They took the time to help us understand everything that was about to happen. Their knowledge of real estate and connections to ensure our place was seen by as many people as possible, really stood out to us pretty quickly. Nancy and Jim are also wonderful communicators in two ways… 1: they let you know what’s going on every step of the way and 2: they listened to our questions and got back to us very quickly. It was also really nice to see how well they were dealing with the other real estate agents, the people at the title company, handymen, etc… they get results and treat everyone along the way with dignity and respect. Our place was on the market in mid-July and we started fielding offers pretty quickly. We closed in late August at near asking price! We are very happy to have worked with Nancy and Jim and would highly recommend the Ward Team!!
