Marlene did an excellent job.

Marlene was prompt and professional from the beginning. She filmed our house for presentation on the internet. Photos were excellent, and I believe that enticed people to come to look at the house. Within a short time, we accepted an offer. The potential buyer had some credit approval issues, and that deal fell through. Marlene quickly listed our house for sale again, we accepted an offer, and that deal went through in a timely manner. Marlene kept us up to date on all issues concerning our sale. She communicated with us and others involved in the sale with no trouble. Closing went smoothly. We are completely satisfied with Marlene's knowledge and abilities.
