Bunni Longwell was absolutely wonderful. We bought our first house in August 2023. Bunni was referred to us by close friends who had previously helped them buy their house. She did not disappoint. We barely had to lift a finger to get everything sorted for closing. She supported every inspection, lender stipulation, pushing through necessities with the seller and their agent. We could not have asked for or hoped for a better experience.

We were buying from out of state and had a lot of specifics in our search (VA loan/# of rooms/etc)., Courtney went over and above to make sure we ended up in the perfect home. We did not want to settle (even in the crazy market), and she was with us all the way. Highly recommend her to anyone!
