Atiya is legitimate one of the most honest, sweet, hardworking and genuine people that I've met. I originally met Atiya in early August and she was discussing the expectations of selling the house, suggestions and was interested in representing me as my realtor. She did all of this while never applying any pressure or making me feel like I was obligated to hire her. I was originally going to Airbnb the house so I was on the fence of selling it or not. I would reach out to Atiya every month or so and when the property couldn't be Airbnb'd due to the HOA agreement, I ended up wanting to list it. When I finally became serious about hiring Atiya, she literally tried her hardest to make sure that everything was as easy as possible for me. She knew that I was under a time constraints and she tried everything in her power to make things less stressful, all while keeping in mind that we wanted to achieve a fair price while selling. As we know, curb appeal is such a big part of selling a house. It's the buyer's first impression. Atiya literally bought several cute plants and mulch and spent about 4-5 hours of her own time and completely landscaped the front of the house! It came out so nice and I was so happy with how it turned out. On top of that, she was there numerous times, making suggestions that would help sell the house and literally met several different people over at the house to fix the couple things that flagged on the inspection. Atiya being committed to selling a property is an understatement. On top of how hard she tries to make sure everything is done on her end, she reaches out to several of her connections to help stage the house, pool maintenance and landscaping! She does all of this while keeping the seller completely in the loop. Over the 2-3 weeks that it took to list and close, I think I spoke with Atiya via phone at least 30 times and texted back/forth several times. Please do not hesitate to use Atiya as your realtor.
