From the very beginning, Jay worked on our behalf, assisted us with reviewing the builder’s contract, and even negotiated a significant builder credit that went towards our closing costs. In addition, Jay recommended that we obtain our own third party home inspection company to inspect the home at various parts of the construction and I’m glad we did. Our inspector was able to identify various issues and have them corrected by the builder before moving onto the next phase of construction. We are so happy with the service Jay provided that we will definitely refer him to our family and friends.
