Jesse kept in touch by calling me every week to let me know of any activity on the listing. A buyer expressed interest and Jesse helped me to negotiate a price that was satisfactory. As this was an IRA transaction there were a few extra steps but Jesse handled them, making it very easy for me. She traveled far beyond her area of normal service to look at the homes we were interested in and stayed dedicated until we found the home for us.
