I am 25 years old and I never would have imagined that I would be able to own my first home already. A condo maybe, but a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in an awesome area is unimaginable. This could not have been made possible with out the help of Mrs. Cartagena. I would advise anybody looking to buy a home to get in touch with her ASAP! She knows her areas, makes communication easy, and is patient. Lastly I think my favorite part about her in the house buying process was the fact that she will educate you if you do not understand something. Real estate can be confusing but she makes it easy. My knowledge of what it means to own a home has grown significantly. If you don’t think you can buy a property don’t doubt yourself, set a budget and she can help you find something within that budget.
