She listened to my wants and needs list for my dream house as well as my teenager's requests and pointed me in the right direction. I was looking for new construction versus resale homes; I would have never looked at the neighborhood that I am now in until she suggested it. She comes with a wealth of knowledge regarding builders, neighborhoods, house features, legalities, etc. Ask her anything! She even reminded me to file my homestead exemption this year. She told me after our closing that she is "our forever agent". She went out of her way to assist with closing and following up on repairs before and long after the transaction was completed.
