It's a tough market out there, and she was completely honest about what our home was realistically worth as the market shifted for the worse. It can be hard to hear that your home might not be worth as much as you'd hoped, but you want an agent who will be honest with you. That kind of trust pays off in the end. Because she was so direct and gave us a good estimate based on the market as it shifted (YES home prices based on the market are a moving target!) but we weren't disappointed when our home sold in the range she told us because she kept us informed and did not sugar coat what was happening in the housing market. We're so grateful for her guidance.
