We phoned Debbie because she had handled the sale of other property in our park and the neighbours were happy with the job she'd done. She and Kay came the next day, viewed the property, suggested what we considered was a reasonable asking price, and left with a verbal agreement to list the property. When friends of a neighbour learned we were selling, they came to see us the following day and then contacted their own agent who submitted their offer to purchase to Debbie. Debbie was wonderful. My husband and I used her to find our home in Englewood, FL, while we were living in South Florida. Since we were not able to go back and forth (and in this market, you have to snatch a property you like as soon as you see it!), she toured each home we were interested in, and if it passed the "prelim check", she would FaceTime us so we could see the property.
