Kathy helped me sell a property I inherited in Florida. It was not easy as I lived 700 miles away in North Carolina. It took over a year to get the property in shape to place on the market. Kathy helped me find services such as someone to keep the grass mowed. She helped me find someone to do repairs. She kept an eye on the property. She helped me find a probate/closing attorney. She negotiated the sale of the property and made me feel like she had my best interest in mind. I highly recommend Kathy.
