Mario Banales has been our realtor from buying our property in 2020 to selling it this year, and each time has been beyond expectations. Not only is Mario professional and knowledgeable, but he’s also the type of realtor that can make even stressful points of the process feel smooth. I’m naturally someone who worries about everything and needs to know what’s happening every step of the way, and he was always one step ahead so that we didn’t even have a chance to begin worrying about any part of buying and selling. His work ethic is incredible. He was always on top of each step in the process, and if we ever had questions or concerns he did what he could to solve them immediately. He has a great team behind him including loan officers, handymen, cleaners, stagers, photographers, etc.. that also made buying and selling our property seem so effortless. He was able to get our property prepared to be on the market, create a beautiful listing, get multiple offers, and get us to closing in less than a month which was just fantastic and relieved so much stress of potentially having the process drag on.
