Lee Ann was an absolute peach through out the home buying process. We were first time home buyers with some specific needs and she exceeded our expectations with her thorough communication. This is the 6th home I've purchased in several different states (at 68 years old). As it turned out, it was the easiest because of Denise Galloway and her staff. My son works at Keller Williams in the Phoenix Arizona area and I thought, what the heck, I'll give them a try here in Charlotte County. I am so glad I did! Denise and her staff went 'out of their way' on several occasions. I'm new to the area so some of my questions had nothing to do with the real-estate transaction but they went Above and Beyond and found the answers to my inquiries even though I could have done so in my spare time.
