Elizabeth got the property sold and was very professional. She was easy to get in touch with and kept us posted on what was going on.

We had a great experience working with Elizabeth! From the very beginning and throughout our home selling process, she took the time to listen and understand our preferences in what we wanted in the sale of our home. Her knowledge of the local community and providing details about market trends was spot on as she guided us through all stages of the process. As a result, we felt comfortable making informed decisions along the way. She was incredibly communicative and promptly answered calls and emails, even when she was on vacation in the middle of the jungle in Costa Rica! Talk about impressive!! Her professionalism and negotiation skills were crucial in the end, thinking outside the box. Elizabeth took the additional steps needed, leveraging her market knowledge to complete the sale. We cannot recommend Elizabeth Gerber enough if you are looking for a great agent! You won’t be disappointed!

From listing to selling Elizabeth walked us through it all. I would recommend her for your buying and selling needs.
