We put our condo in Port Charlotte , Florida up for sale at the beginning of the Pandemic, so selling at that time was stressful and unpredictable! We depended on Lise Johnson for her expertise and experience of many years as a relator in that area! We also were familiar with her knowledge, for she found our beautiful condo 16 years ago! We knew we were in good hands! She listened to our requests and concerns and gave us valuable advice! The condo was under contract in 18 days even with other ones in our complex for sale! We were very pleased with the whole process! Thank you ,Lise!!
