I have known Carmen for over a decade and she has helped me buy two properties, going above and beyond expectations in both instances. She is very knowledgeable and always happily show up to viewings, answer questions, etc. What I like the most about her is her honesty. She will let you know her honest opinion even when it is not to the agent's benefit. We were really close to buying a sub-optimal house when Carmen luckily talked us out of it. We eventually bought the perfect home later on and will forever be grateful to her! Recommended 100 %!
