He sent me tons of houses/townhomes and condos and was extremely flexible to help me go see any of the ones I was interested. He would send me homes throughout the day and then would check with me to see if any were what i was looking for. He also explained every step along the way from how an open house works, putting in the offer, and even went out of his way to help me with the HOA for the place I ended up purchasing. He was quick to respond to every text or phone call no matter the time. John was the best Realtor an extremely busy Professional and homeowner like myself could ever ask for. My job in the Health care field working 60 + hours is highly pressured and stressful and John went beyond the call of duty to ease my concerns and help me with coordinating all details with local re-modelers, contractors and appraisers. John strategically positioning my property which resulted in my netting a much, much higher appraisal for a sale then I could ever have hoped for. I knew John was originally a Realtor in Colorado years ago and I wasn't sure if he was presently up to speed with the subtle local nuances and with really understanding the local market. I was very pleasantly surprised when I found out that not only was he intimate with the local market, and that he had been living and visiting this area for over 45 years, but that he bent over backwards to go beyond the call of duty for us.
