We could not and would not have felt comfortable purchasing a home in Ponte Vedra Beach without her help.

Lissa constantly kept me apprised of market conditions, activity within my price range and advised on actions that would enhance my home’s marketability. My personal design choices did not appeal to many buyers. She overcame that by creating a look book demonstrating its potential with some changes to the color scheme and decor.
