I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Neville Clarke Jr.! As a first-time home buyer, I had very little knowledge about how to find the right place. The entire thing seemed very overwhelming. From my very first meeting with Neville, I could sense that he was going to be very helpful. He clearly explained the process and answered any questions that I had. Neville remained extremely helpful throughout the entire process and he always made himself available. He was very organized in scheduling viewings and in his communications. He is honest and hands on; he even showed up early to scheduled viewings to scope the place out to make sure there were no problems once I got there. As we continued to view homes, Neville took notes and took the time to learn more about my preferences and what I was looking for in a home. He continued to reassure me that he would help me find a home that I love. Even when I grew tired and frustrated in the process, Neville remained positive and on top of the market to find me my home. I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found the "one", Neville worked hard to negotiate closings costs and warranty with the seller. Neville is very resourceful, which really helped to take the pressure off of me. He connected me with a great mortgage lender who was also very knowledge and made the loan approval process quick and stress free. He also researched and recommended home inspection companies. Even after closing, he remains supportive and periodically checks in to see how things are going with my new home. He recently reminded me to file for homestead exemption on the property for tax savings. How helpful is that! He is not one of those realtors just looking to close a transaction, but he truly cares about meeting the customers needs and making sure the customer is happy. I will recommend Neville to anyone looking to buy a home.
